The following are some practical guidelines that might be helpful to your Church or organization as you plan a seminar, conference meeting, school of prayer, revival crusade or special event featuring Francois Carr. 

 

Accommodation

The hosting church agrees to be responsible for providing accommodation in a local hotel, bed and breakfast, guest house and meals for Francois. If it is not possible to accommodate in one of the above the chosen accommodation should include the following:

  • Bedroom with own bathroom (en suite)
  • Nice clean, quiet without any disturbances and smoke free
  • Table and chair to work as well as sofa or a softer chair to sit and read
  • High speed internet connection
  • Possibly exercising or walking facilities nearby

Providing a low cholesterol diet

Transport

The hosting church agrees to be responsible for providing travel either by air or mileage allowance if within driving distance. Heart Cry will make the necessary arrangements with airlines and car rentals as required. This cost should be paid when the arrangements are made. In addition, we will need assistance with transportation to/from airport/accommodation to the seminar.

Special Preparations

All publicity, advertisements of the event and registrations are to be handled by the hosting ministry. The size of the event depends on the amount of promotion the church is willing to do. 

The hosting church will provide one material table and a volunteer to sell products. This needs to be set up prior to the event.

Financial Arrangements

The hosting church or ministry agrees to take care of all the costs involved as indicated already. The honorarium for speaking will be determined by the event and duration of crusade.  

Churches should bear in mind that Francois Carr receives no fixed salary or honorarium from Heart Cry and lives entirely by faith. Churches need to pray about the reimbursements and should bear in mind that a revival crusade from a Sunday through Wednesday equals the salary of a week from the local pastor as Francois will not be home or cannot accept another invitation.

If it is a revival crusade from Sunday through Wednesday, the hosting churches can pay a set honorarium but agrees to take up love offerings towards the ministry of Heart Cry.

Cheques made payable to Heart Cry or via internet transfer. Heart Cry will then reimburse Francois Carr

Cancellation
Heart Cry may require a cancellation fee if there is any pre-costs involved that needs to be reimbursed.
